Professional Counsellor, registered with the HPCSA and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as an individual member. At True Growth we offer a confidential and professional counselling service for adults, teenagers and children. With 17 years' experience in the counselling field, we are passionate about mental health. Services include an outpatient addiction program, couple counselling, trauma counselling, divorce, single parenting, anger management, grief counselling, stress management, Trisomy 13 and 18 pregnancies, as well as career assessment.

Appointments are on average 51-60 minutes long. During the first session the client and the counsellor will agree how they will work together. If you feel uncertain about whether counselling is right for you, you are welcome to attend an initial session, with no obligation to commit to further sessions. Our outpatient addiction program runs over a minimum of 12 weeks and admission onto the program is subject to an initial assessment to determine if an outpatient program is suitable. If necessary, referrals to inpatient programs will be made.

Face to face and online counselling is available. Most medical aids are accepted, and we are one of Bestmed's preferred service providers. Counselling is available in English or Afrikaans. Counselling services are also available on Saturday mornings for those who find it difficult to attend sessions during the week.
