I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an independent practitioner.
I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, whether you are feeling stuck in a repetitive pattern that is hindering you from reaching your full potential or are experiencing debilitating symptoms that are impacting your day-to-day functioning. I work with teens, adolescents and adults who may be experiencing a range of psychological difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions and adjustments, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, personal growth, self-development, occupational burnout, workplace stressors, career transition, trauma, grief and loss. I also provide couples therapy, marital and premarital counselling. My services are available in English.
As a Psychologist and Psychotherapist, my aim is to support you through a process of hope, healing, experiential growth and empowerment to live a more meaningful, connected and fulfilled life. This is achieved by providing a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative environment underpinned by genuineness, empathy, confidentiality, and a positive therapeutic relationship.
