With the incidence of breast-cancer on the rise, prevention is now considered more valuable than cure. More and more women are now including the option of a thermogram in their annual check-up.
Thermography can detect any inflammatory condition and is ideal for monitoring health.
I believe in thermography, not only because it does not involve painful compression, which can lead to a lethal spread of cancerous cells should they exist, but more importantly because it does not involve radiation.
For all women, a thermogram is like an infrared fingerprint. It will not change over time unless there has been an alteration in blood flow.
It is for this reason that thermography is ideal not only for cancer screening, but also for monitoring suspicious findings identified with other tests such as ultrasound, mammography or physical examination. Why not add thermography to your health routine to be as proactive as you can be.
