Treatment is specific to each patients needs, with the approach being hands on treatment, patient education and rehabilitation exercises to ensure holistic patient management. We have built an excellent working relationship with medical professionals across the field to assure expert opinions and ultimately the quickest recovery time. This includes sports physicians, surgeons, radiologists, GPs, podiatrists, biokineticists, chiropractors and trainers or coaches. Sandton Physiotherapist is proud to be Pilates trained, with this knowledge they treat and advise patients. Making sure to incorporate it into their patients rehabilitation. They believe exercise is the best medicine!
