Registered Dietitians with a passion for Medical Nutrition Therapy and a drive to help improve overall health through nutrition.

All aspects of the work we do are strongly evidence-based and our patients long-term successes are a testimony to that. Our aim is to provide a well-rounded service, working with patients in and outside of hospital environments, with the additional option of online consultation sessions. Our physical practice is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, with offices in Durbanville and Bellville.

We have established relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and speech and occupational therapists, and are in constant communication with them with regards to our patients needs and overall progress. Our counterparts know we take the work we do seriously but also that the care and comfort of our patients are at the forefront of our work.

We are readily available to help guide you and attend to every one of your nutritional needs. We assure to offer you the support and comfort you need as you overcome obstacles and reset your body, mind, and life.
