1) Client Training:
We offer Pilates to adults and children in the following modalities (Privates and Groups):-
Pilates (incl. Barre & TRX; and all other small equipment)
Pilates and Yoga (Pre- and Post Natal )
Pilates Equipment Classes (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair etc)
Yoga (Vinyasa and Hatha)

2) Pilates International Teacher Training Courses:-
We offer Pilates courses in Group and Private tuition formats, as follows;-
Pilates Mat & Small Equipment (incl. TRX and Ballet Barre & all small equipment)
Pilates Comprehensive (Pilates Mat & Small Equipment above and ALL Pilates Large Machines (Cadillac; Reformer; Towers; Wunda Chairs; Ladder Barrel; and Arc Barrels)
