I am a Master NLP Life Coach since 2010. I am a facilitator for change and work with individuals to help them achieve fulfilment and balance within their lives.
The most common areas in which I help my clients with are:
-Career satisfaction,
-Relationships,
-Personal emotional well-being,
-Goal-setting,
-Lifestyle and work-life balance
-Wellness
-Health and fitness.
Some people find themselves stuck where they are and not sure how to move forward or where to go, which is another reason why they may require NLP coaching.
The main processes I use to achieve these results are:
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). The process where one learns to improve your communication with your self/ unconscious mind and improve your communication with others in order to create excellence in one's life.
Time Paradigm Techniques: a process of active imagination which enables one to let go of past negative emotions, limiting beliefs, doubts and decisions which you may have.
Hypnotherapy: Once all negatives have been eliminated hypnotherapy can be used to install new positive behaviours,thoughts and habits into the mind.
Once we have worked through the most intense change-work, where you are now able to move forward in an empowered, motivated and positive state, you will then learn to use these tools, for the future, to apply in your daily life.
I am able to work with individuals are willing to change, let go of the past and other obstacles they have in their life, to see the value of empowerment and take control of their future.
The Personal Breakthrough Program is 10 hours in duration, divided into 4 or 5 sessions, held over a period of between 8-21 days. Radical change is created within that time...if you allow it... and your future life plan will unfold...
