I offer both fitness classes and Pilates classes, one-on-one or group classes to people of all ages and at any level of fitness.

I will guide you through specific routines designed to get you moving in fun and exciting ways using a combination of HIIT, bodyweight, strength training and mobility for an effective way to work out and help you reach your exercise goals

Pilates helps rehabilitate the body by rectifying postural, spinal, joint and muscular issues.
As an added bonus Pilates will help you lose any unwanted fat while strengthening and toning the muscles. Millions of people from all walks of life have been benefiting from the beginning of the 1900s.

We can also blend Pilates with Yoga to offer a perfect fitness regime for people of all ages and stages of fitness!

I also offer swimming and tennis lessons.

    Leonard showed a lot of patience while coaching me (I was very unfit) and explained to me why he was telling me to do whatever exercise and how the body works. I would recommend him anytime!
