I am part of a very practical and knowledgeable team of physiotherapists and we work under a well known, popular brand- Kings Park Sports Medicine Centre.

Our aim is to assess and treat a patient as a whole, including a thorough subjective and objective assessment and to treat each patient with a holistic approach. We work by treating the core of the injury, not by treating the symptoms and creating a life long patient for the same injury.

Our priority is the importance of an injury/operation to each individual, its the time we give to treat each individual adequately and respectfully, its the connection we make to make sure each patient is at ease and comfortable with their practitioner and to make absolute sure, that we treat each individual to our best ability with our maximum effort to get the desired outcome and results.

We have a multidisciplinary practice where we can refer each patient to the necessary practitioner, all under one roof so it makes it very easy to receive all the treatment needed.

We treat our patients with a "hands on" approach, and each treatment will include a soft tissue release, joint mobilisations, dynamic stretching, active release techniques, with a combination of electrotherapy, dry needling and strapping if necessary.

We do not only focus on sports injuries, we treat all conditions, to list a few:

- low back pain
- neck pain/whiplash
- sciatica
- postural correction
- muscle/tendon/ligament injuries
- joint stiffness
- post operative rehab

Kelley qualified at the University of the Western Cape in 2014, did her community service at Catherine Booth hospital in 2015 and started with Kings Park in 2016 and works mainly at the Mount Edgecombe Country club, also attending home visits to those who cannot make it to the club.

    Achilles
    Kelly was very good , sorted my Achilles tendon out in just a couple of sessions. She has a real hands on approach to treatment.

    Kelley
    I have been going to Kelley for almost 4 years now and there’s no one I trust more than her. I came to her at a young age and not only did she solve all my problems physically she also help me mentally to overcome a lot of the strain that my mind had gone through when my body was under a lot of strain. I’m grateful for everything that she’s done for me and there is no one I would recommend more highly than her.

    I have been going to Kelly for a few years now and I always found her approach very professional . Whatever injury I have sought treatment for has been dealt with a wealth of experience ! I would highly recommend Kelly !!!

    Great physio
    Have been treated by Kelley for various sports injuries over the years. She’s sharp at working out what’s wrong, putting the correct program in place to fix it, is thorough in hands-on work and works within an environment where she has a number of tools and machines at her disposal to be more effective.
