I offer ontological coaching (life coaching through assessing how you pitch up daily through your use of language, body and emotions. Unpacking where you are at and why does some things keep happening to you. Will look at widening your possibilities for different outcomes and a different life experience. This is in either in conjunction or separately with reiki healing. Reiki healing is gentle and works through your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. I am a qualified Reiki Master and have been practicing for several years. I also offer Acupunture (ear) for detoxification treatments. I work with a wide range of clients from the young start- up in careers and life, to the ill including cancer and chronic illness, to those seeking growth , understanding purpose and meaning of life. Many of us are going through some level of stuckness in life or in relationships and some in grief. Coaching is conversationally based and held in confidence. Healing happens either through Reiki or Acupucture without conversation but with intention setting and believing that the work tgat is taking place is occurring for your highest good. My work is held with sacredness and confidentiality. I create a space that allows for healing to take place. I am not affiliated to any religious groups. And I am there to take you through something that is for you. Its your time for self care.
