We are a community based fitness center offering members small Crossfit Group classes that ensure the safety of our members at all times. We are located in HOBART GROVE shopping center and our members have access to secure parking and 24 hour security at all times. We offer broad based fitness programming that is inclusive for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced athletes that ensure results for those who are consistent in their training, We also have shower facilities on site for those who would like to have a shower before they head off to work.
