Consciousness and Reiki Zone is a safe space to rebalance and restore your energy body as well as expand your consciousness through the latest meditation and esoteric courses and classes. Your facilitator is an Independent Usui Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher and Internationally accredited Jikiden Reik Practitioner. She also holds several qualifications in diverse Energy Healing Modalities and Therapies.

Benefits of Holistic Sessions :
Reiki - alleviates anxiety, depression and stress. Helps strengthen the body's healing system, aids recovery from illness and assists with managing chronic illnesses. Reiki balances the energetic body enabling one to navigate life more effectively. Reiki is a complimentary therapy that can be used alongside any other medical healing. Many of our regular Reiki clients find a session helps them to destress and cope with life.

Crystal Light Chromotherapy - penetrates deeply into the cells of the body to release emotional blocks and unbalanced though patterns. Recharges the energy body and revitalizes the physical body replenishing energy and rejuvenating physical and mental energy. Our crystal light clients find these sessions deeply rejuvenating and empowering.

Cord cutting - through our interactions with people we often develop emotional cords through which energy is exchanged and channelled. When these interactions become charged with negative emotions they drain our energy. A cord cutting session can release and free us from this emotional debris.

Hot Stone Massage - a deeply rejuvenating treatment to ease muscular stress, tension and pain. The heat helps to release toxins from the body and improves circulation and benefits
the skin.
