I attended a weekend yoga workshop with Monique about two years ago and really loved it. Her calm, encouraging approach is fantastic, and since attending I have wished she gave classes in the same town that I live in. So I am really pleased that I can enjoy the privilege of her online classes during the Covid Crises, she really explains everything so well. Thank you

I have been doing Yoga with Monique for 6 years. I also attend all her Yoga Retreats. She is utterly dedicated and professional. I am profoundly grateful to her for introducing me to this life changing practice and for doing it with such gentleness, kindness and patience.

Monique is the best yoga teacher I have had. I've been lucky enough to be able to do online classes with her during the Covid19 lockdown and it has saved my sanity. She is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her teaching. The thing I appreciate the most, is her attention to detail when doing a pose, making sure that you don't go beyond your ability and injure yourself. I come out of her class feeling like I have been turned inside out - in a good way!
