Baby swimming lessons from age 6 months until 2 and a half years.The classes are a 30 minute group lesson on a Monday and Wednesday mornings between 09h30 and 11h30. 2. The Swim Bike Run was created out of a need to help all newcomers and seasoned athletes with their multi-sport training needs. Committing to your first triathlon, bike race, marathon and so on can be a scary experience.
