Initially we only offered Biokinetics treatments and services since 2010.

Since then we grew into a multifaceted Practice, offering not only our original Biokinetics treatments and services, but also Group and Personal Fitness / Pilates classes - since 2017.

Our goal and mission remained the same over the years... First-class client centered, individualized quality treatment and service. Whatever your age, injury, circumstances, fitness levels and abilities, our team has a programme to suit your specific needs and help you to feeling fitter, healthier and happier - right here in Centurion!

As Biokineticists:
We offer cost-effective evidence-based health care treatment that improves mobility and relieves pain, reduces the need for surgery and prescription medication, and allows clients to participate in a recovery plan designed for their specific needs. We would like to help you regain full function and optimal health following an injury or during a chronic health condition.

Our services include (but not limited to): posture assessments, body composition assessments, joint integrity and stability tests, flexibility tests, muscle strength and endurance tests, balance and functional movement pattern tests, and then finally writing an tailor-made programme to correct what we have found.

As Fitness/Wellness Instructors:
We exists for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead you to achieve the highest level of sustainable fitness that you can reach. We have an obligation to you to provide a safe environment and to help as many as we can to reach their goals and beyond.

Our group fitness classes range from no- to high impact activities and cater to every fitness level from beginner to advance. Our classes are small so that you still receive personal attention on your health and fitness journey for a fraction of the price.
