We help you to clarify some of the issues you are dealing with, support you and provide some practical tools for you to use in your daily life. Some counselling and coaching are also provided if necessary, to support you.

In addition to working with individuals and couples assisting them with stress and anger management I now also offer couples sessions in which a structured dialogue is facilitated between partners in order to promote connection, trust, better communication between them and help with conflict resolution. It is effective in healing and deepening relationships and a beautiful process. I am completing my training in Imago Relationship Therapy and currently offer sessions FREE OF CHARGE.
Appointments can be scheduled at our Pretoria or Rivonia office.
