Amanzimtoti JKA Karate club provides authentic and practical karate skills. The Club is run by Sensei's Michael Thompson (4th Dan), Savannah Thompson (3rd Dan) and Desere Thompson (1st Dan). Headed by Sensei Michael with over 15 years of teaching experience. Classes are an excellent mix of mental, physical and fun-filled exercises suited to all ages; for 4 years old and all the way up to moms, dads and grandparents!

Here at Amanzimtoti JKA Karate we are a family and we live by this philosophy and culture. So we encourage all ages to take up karate because karate has no age limit. Through discipline and respect our goal is to keep you fit whilst teaching co-ordination, flexibility, core strength and traditional karate self-defence.

The club offers Instructors of South African Protea and Commonwealth medalist experience. As well as a studying Health & Fitness Instructor through Trifocus Fitness Academy. The Instructors are constantly looking to achieve their student's goals.

Whether you are an adult looking for new goals, or an intermediate and beginner looking for an awesome adventure, Amanzimtoti JKA Karate can help you reach your goals.
